Horchata Latte


INGREDIENTS:

 1 qt. (4 cups) vanilla rice drink

 1/4 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats

 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

 2 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee


PROCEDURE:

1. Blend rice drink, oats, and cinnamon in a blender until smooth; pour into saucepan.
2. Bring just to boil on medium heat, stirring frequently; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
3. Add coffee granules; stir until dissolved. Pour through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl. Discard strained solids.
4. Ladle prepared drink into 4 mugs

Note:

For best results, serve this delicious drink immediately after preparing it since it will thicken as it stands.
